Job Title

Italian Speaking People Services Advisor

Job Description Summary

As a member of the Shared Services team you will support with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the People function as well as handling first level queries from employees and managers. Critical to the maintenance of internal records this role supports every aspect of the People function through execution of process in a compliant and timely manner.

Job Description

  • Manage incoming case load and ensure compliance to relevant service level agreements
  • Maintain life-cycle & talent acquisition process documentation and governance for all employee events from hire to off-boarding
  • Focus on complex tasks / projects
  • Advise on escalations
  • Support the training and development of PS advisors in the team
  • Manages employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes and ensures compliance to local and global compliance
  • Coordinates and supports local Talent Acquisition coordination
  • Carry out PS operations activities in accordance with internal guidelines and statutory requirements
  • Responsible for providing advanced operational and talent acquisition support (reviewing timesheets and maintaining employee files; enter and update allocation changes)
  • Create/edit monthly and ad-hoc reports within the HR software and provide accurate data to management when requested
  • Supporting projects and process improvements


Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree
  • 2-4 years of working experience in similar role in PS Services
  • Fluent in English AND Italian both oral and written
  • Knowledge of PS and Talent Acquisition processes
  • Confident Microsoft Office usage especially with Excel
  • Good time management and ability to prioritize
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Customer-oriented with demonstrated drive and resilience
  • Experience of working with ServiceNow and Workday or other similar HR technology is desirable
