Position : Sales Development Representative
Work Hours (Client) : (tentative) Work a 6-day schedule (Monday-Frida 8am-5pm) with availability on Saturday mornings (golden hours: 9 AM12 PM) offset during the week
Pay Range : $1200 - $2000 USD/month(varies based on skill set and experience level)

Company/Client Overview:
The SDR will be the first point of contact for potential customers responsible for warming up leads handling objections and ensuring a smooth handoff to our estimators. This person must be charismatic empathetic and energetic with the ability to establish rapport quickly and create a positive experience for every customer interaction.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-calls to leads the day before their scheduled estimates to build rapport provide company information and set expectations.
- Follow up after estimates to address questions handle objections and encourage customers to move forward.
- Proactively reach out to leads in the CRM (Housecall Pro) that may have fallen through the cracks setting up new appointments or re-engaging them in the process.
- Confidently deliver the companys elevator pitch highlighting our value and differentiators.
- Handle objections with professionalism and care working to overcome hesitations and move leads toward a decision.
- Keep CRM data (Housecall Pro) updated with accurate notes and follow-up tasks.
- Collaborate closely with estimators and leadership to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Minimum Requirements:
Language requirement: Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Education: Bachelors Degree (ideally)
Experience: 3 years of related experience
- Proven experience in B2C sales telemarketing or a similar customer-facing role (must be confident in handling objections not just learning on the job).
- Exceptional communication skills: charismatic empathetic and able to build rapport quickly.
- Comfortable delivering persuasive elevator pitches and overcoming objections.
- Energetic personable and enjoys engaging with customers daily.
- Experience with CRM systems (Housecall Pro preferred) and a willingness to learn new tools.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on follow-up and pipeline management.
- Self-motivated with a sense of urgency and ability to work independently.
