Description
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Customized or Modified Core Products: Generate additional turnover by developing customer-specific variants based on existing platforms.
  • Cost Reduction Initiatives: Improve business results by reducing product costs and conduct regular workshops.
  • Supply chain resilience: Support the producibility by of the products by addressing issues such as raw material shortages discontinuation or material deviations.
  • Troubleshooting Design issue: Provide sophisticated support and collaborate with cross-function teams to address product quality issues.
Who You Are:

You readily action new challenges without unnecessary planning. You persist in accomplishing objectives despite obstacles and setbacks. You encourage diverse thinking to promote and cultivate innovation.

For This Role You Will Need:
  • Degree in Engineering Sciences e.g. Mechanical Engineering or comparable qualification
  • 3-5 years experience in customized project management and troubleshooting
  • Familiar with popular computer applications like MS Office and ERP
  • Familiar with 3D CAD (ideally Creo)
  • Working experience in solenoid valve design is encouraged; similar experience in pneumatic or hydraulic valve component design is also appreciated.

  • Proficient in English and Mandarin
