VICE-PRINCIPAL/INCLUSIVE EDUCATION LEAD TEACHER Full-time

ASSIGNMENT: Administrative and Inclusive Education Lead Teacher responsibilities (approx.0.5 FTE for VP and 0.5FTE for IEL)

Phil & Jennie Gaglardi Academy is seeking a dedicated leader to serve as Vice- Principal/Inclusive Education Lead Teacher beginning in August 2026. The ideal candidate will be a committed follower of Christ an experienced educator with a strong understanding of inclusive education practices a dynamic leader with a graduate degree in Educational Leadership. The Vice-Principal provides a unique leadership service working with the Principal the school staff and the community. The position is full-time with the VP and IEL roles sharing approximately 0.5 FTE.

Salary & Compensation

• Salary Range: $70000 - $105000 depending on qualifications
• Health Benefits Program: Yes

Qualifications

• Valid & current BC teaching certificate
• A graduate degree in Educational Leadership and/or Curriculum Design
• A minimum of five years of teaching experience
• A proven track record of effective leadership communication and interpersonal skills
• An understanding of Inclusive Education practices
• An understanding of the financial requirements of an Independent School
• Administrative experience is considered an asset
• Acceptance of the Gaglardi Academys Statement of Faith
