Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of production line operators to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Monitor production outputs and quality standards to meet customer requirements.
- Train new employees on job duties safety procedures and quality control measures.
- Identify and resolve any issues or problems that arise during production.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate workflow and optimize productivity.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a leadership role in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to work in shifts or on weekends if required.
