We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a worlds leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets Portugal included. You will be singing the contract directly with the Portuguese employer.

We are hiring Swedish-speaking Sales Representatives to join a fast-paced high-growth team in the cybersecurity industry. If you have experience in sales customer service or business development and youre ready to grow your career internationally this is your chance.
About the Role:
As part of a global tech company youll be responsible for driving revenue growth managing client relationships and supporting an expanding sales pipeline. You will work in a vibrant and collaborative environment focused on performance development and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers
- Build strong client relationships through outbound calls and video meetings
- Accurately forecast sales opportunities
- Consistently meet or exceed activity and sales KPIs
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Prepare quotes and process customer orders
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client success
Working Hours:
- Full-time: 40 hours per week (8 hours/day 1-hour lunch break)
- Monday to Friday 09:0018:00 (rotational shifts)
Requirements:
- Fluent in Swedish (spoken and written)
- Good level of English
- Experience in sales or customer service is a strong plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven and eager to grow
Salary and Benefits:

- Base Salary: 1032.00
- Apartment Benefit (tax-free until Dec 2026): 200.00
- Christmas Allowance: 86.00
- Holiday Allowance: 86.00
- Meal Allowance (7/day): 154.00
- Total Package Compensation: 1558.00
- Total Gross Cash Compensation: 1358.00
Without Apartment Provided
- Base Salary: 1257.00
- Meal Allowance (7/day): 154.00
- Christmas Holiday Allowances: 209.50
- Total Package Compensation: 1620.50

Additional Information:
- Private Health Insurance from day one
- 1-year renewable contract with potential for a permanent contract after 2 years
