They are a cutting-edge organisation with an ever-growing portfolio and are now looking for Surveyors to join their Wellington team.
The role
- Measure process and analyse spatial data and define land boundaries on a variety of land development and civil projects
- Plan carry out and manage the delivery of high-quality surveying consulting services to clients including preparing proposals project research and computations
- Maintain good business relationships with existing and potential clients
- Motivate and mentor junior team members to success
The candidate
- Licensed Cadastral Surveyor (NZ or Australia) NZ preferred
- 5 years experience working on land development projects
- Experience working on large scale survey or land development projects
- Affable and able to form good relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong attention to detail
- Sound knowledge of at lease one of the following AutoCAD/12D/Civilcad
- Excellent client/project management skills
- Knowledge in a full range of Cadastral requirements
- Experience with e-survey methodology.
- Full clean Driving Licence
