We are looking for an Functional Specialist SAP Supply Chain Managementto support Shimanos needs in IT department You will work in an international role for an inspiring brand surrounded by sports and outdoor enthusiasts that strive for excellent performance. The Challenge
- Comprehensive support of the supply chain workstream within our S/4HANA implementation project
- Analysis design and implementation of solutions in the SCM area within our S/4HANA landscape for various types of projects and changes
- Preparation of requirement analyses and technical specifications; configuration of solutions according to the specific needs of our customers but based on standard functionality
- Planning and delivery of training sessions for key users and end users
- Support of various business processes in the supply chain area by resolving incidents/changes within the agreed SLAs
- Management of escalations according to defined processes and coordination between different stakeholders and team members
- Knowledge sharing within the team and support in building competencies and/or improving the quality of deliverables
- Assistance with the rollout of new versions and updates
- Create and implement initiatives to define measure and improve IT processes for development and support of systems and technologies.
- Create and govern the IT services policies including both hardware and software lifecycle for development and support practices.
- Carry out analysis of present IT processes and identify opportunities to enhance them.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of IT processes to ensure consistent value delivery.
- Liaise with IT management to coordinate process improvement project activities.
- Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the IT processes (design engineering deployment and operations) and ownership of underlying toolset to enable them..
- Keep stakeholders in the organization informed by preparing releases notes/reports communicating status and roadmap of IT processes & services
What are we looking for
- A Bachelors degree in the field of computer science information systems or equivalent education
- 5 years of experience as a functional SAP consultant in IT development and support related topics
- Extensive expertise in the implementation and configuration of supply chain processes within SAP ECC or S/4HANA
- Solid experience in SAP modules MM IM
- Experience with integration into other SAP modules like SD LE
- Experience with integration into other applications like SAP BTP ISP external warehouse systems
- Analytical skills and in-depth knowledge of best practices in ITIL as well as IT system/technology development lifecycle methodologies
- Proven track of business process designs and facilitation applying knowledge of business process modelling notations (BPMN EPC BPEL) to documenting IT processes
- Experience with large & complex enterprise projects including ERP related ones
- Successful track record of designing implementing inspecting & collaborating with several teams to fulfil the needed IT processes controls
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive plan to secure Shimano Europe IT processes & services
- Experience in working with multiple competing stakeholders and priorities
- Professional certified in Lean/Six Sigma and/or Scrum is a plus
- High customer orientation and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Very good English skills both written and spoken
