Job Description
This role blends financial leadership with strategic business acumendelivering deep-dive analysis actionable insights and performance metrics that influence key decisions. By fostering collaboration standardization and continuous improvement the incumbent ensures that financial planning processes are not only efficient and scalable but also aligned with the organizations broader strategic goals.
Lead the FP&A Center of Excellence (CoE) Regional Analysis team for the Area serving as a strategic partner to business leaders across Product and Operations. This role is responsible for establishing a centralized hub of financial expertise tools and best practices that drive operational excellence informed decision-making and long-term value creation.

Responsibilities:
Lead the FP&A Center of Excellence (COE) for Area: Develop and manage frameworks tools and best practices to ensure financial planning excellence.
Strategic Business Partnering: Collaborate with Product and Operations leaders to provide financial insights and influence decision-making.
Financial Analysis & Insights: Deliver deep-dive analysis on variable costs productivity and operational metrics to support performance improvement.
Performance Monitoring: Track key financial and operational KPIs identify improvement areas and assess the financial impact of initiatives.
Operational Performance Review : Lead the preparation and review of operational financial performance reports narratives and Q&A materials.
Lead without Authority: Act as the Single Point of Contact for the Area Finance Manager and mentor a high-performing finance team.

Requirements:
Masters in finance (CA/ MBA-finance).
7 years of experience in FP&A financial leadership or strategic finance roles with at least 3 years in a managerial or COE role.
Experience of financial modelling and forecasting.
Good communication and stakeholder influencing skills.
Digital & Technical Proficiency: Proficient in financial systems and able to adopt digital tools and automation to scale insights and reporting.
