Skills & Qualifications
B.E/ (Electronics Electronics & Telecommunications Comp. Science)/MCA with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with the Pega platform including design development and implementation.
Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification .
Strong understanding of Pega platform including case management decisioning and integration capabilities Constellation UI
Proficiency in Java SQL and other programming languages commonly used in Pega development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome technical challenges.
Experience working with clients to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Knowledge of Java/J2EE platform is a good to have.
Should cross skill and cross train as per the business requirements.
