Job Description

Role:Mechanical & Electrical Engineer
Contract: Permanent
Client: Residential Developer
Essentials:Third-level qualification in Mechanical Electrical or Building Services 3 years of residential project management experience in Ireland interest in energy management.
Location: SouthDublin site based role
Salary: DOE

A leading residential developer is seeking a M&E Engineer to assist in managing the full lifecycle of Mechanical & Electrical systems on high-density residential developments. This is a pivotal position ensuring quality installations smooth system coordination and efficient site delivery.

The successful candidate will collaborate with site teams subcontractors design teams and utility providers while also supporting value engineering initiatives and sustainability goals.
