Job Description
Design experience in a hospitality / F&B / retail with design/architecture firms or as in-house designers from concept to design management
10 years and above for design manager.
Relevant architecture/interior design education qualifications at qualified institutions.
Demonstrated application of industry trends building and health codes 3D visualization skills and understanding of color and design principles.
CAD drafting experience using Revit Microstation or AutoCAD software.
Knowledge of current sustainability trends and practices preferred.
Ability to work as a team or individually.
Demonstrated experience in managing a team.
Presentation skills.
