Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Report directly to CEO
- Supervise Type 1 2 4 regulated activities and monitor daily business operations
- Develop business strategy and business plan
- Provide investment and financing advice and control business risk
- Ensure all activities are properly documented and complied with regulatory requirements
- Ensure full regulatory compliance with SFC and implement effective internal control mechanisms
- Communicate with regulatory bodies including SFC and HKEx
Requirements:
- University degree in Banking/Finance or any related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years solid experience in financial industry
- A licensed Responsible Officer with unconditional license under the SFC for Type 1 2 4 regulated activities currently
- Good understanding of Securities and Futures Ordinance SFC Code of Conduct and rules
- Ability to work under pressure with strong communication and analytical skills
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills a good team player detail-oriented and self-motivated
- Good command in English and Mandarin
