Key Responsibilities
a) Teaching & Course Development:
1. Design teach and enhance skills-based online courses at all levels including essay writing literature analysis and academic grammar.
b) Team Leadership:
1. Interview train and mentor online teachers to uphold our educational standards.
c) Operational Excellence:
1. Collaborate with support staff to ensure high-quality online class delivery student assessments course creation recruitment marketing and more.
d) Bilingual Collaboration:
1. Work effectively within a bilingual team (Chinese & English) adapting to various responsibilities as the companys needs evolve.

Requirements
What Were Looking For
- Passion for Excellence:
- A strong interest in working within a serious and structured environment.
- Adaptability:
- Willingness to take on diverse roles and responsibilities.
- Educational Background (Preferred):
- Graduates from Chinese universities or programs.
- Background in hard sciences engineering or mathlogical thinkers are a big plus.
- Experience in teaching beyond ESL or business English.
- Expertise in class design for use by other teachers.
- Experience in training and development.
Commitment Requirements
- Full-Time Engagement:
- Work a standard 40-hour week with paid overtime when necessary.
- Flexible Scheduling:
- Availability to work on weekends as needed.
- Long-Term Vision:
- Willingness to make a multi-year commitment to grow with our company.

- 22000 to 32000 RMB per month depending on qualifications.
