Functional Consultant SAP Procurement (S/4HANA & Ariba)
About the client:
Our client is a global consultancy delivering innovative SAP solutions across enterprise transformation programs. This role supports procurement process design and implementation using SAP S/4HANA and Ariba technologies.
About the role:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Consultant specialising in Procurement to join a dynamic team delivering end-to-end SAP implementations. Youll be responsible for process design build execution and client engagement across procurement modules and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead workshops and perform FIT-GAP analysis with business and process architects.
- Design and document business processes and functional specifications.
- Customise SAP Procurement and Ariba solutions including data structures and flows.
- Deliver SAP S/4HANA Procurement (MM) functionalities: requisitions POs contracts RFQs SES inventory and master data.
- Integrate with SCM (EWM IM) and EAM modules.
- Resolve defects and issues through client-focused problem solving.
- Engage stakeholders and present solution options effectively.
- Support full lifecycle implementations and contribute to team delivery.
Required Experience:
- 1215 years of SAP experience with 57 full lifecycle implementations.
- Minimum 1 S/4HANA implementation.
- Strong expertise in SAP MM and Ariba modules.
- Experience in international consulting environments.
- Ability to lead workshops and produce detailed documentation.
Desirable Skills:
- Strong stakeholder engagement and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to deliver under tight timelines.
- Willingness to take on new challenges and expand SAP network.
- Leadership qualities and client relationship building.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Australian Citizenship.
- AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance.
