Job Description
Lawn & Garden Maintenance Assistant to join our team is responsible for maintaining and improving the exterior grounds of our important clients This role involves maintaining both residential and commercial properties ensuring landscapes are healthy clean and well-kept through the year
Responsibilities
Perform routine lawn and garden maintenance including mowing trimming edging and clean-ups
Prune shrubs hedges and small trees to maintain proper shape and health
Weed removal and bed maintenance
Apply mulch and top dressing as needed
Seasonal clean-ups (spring fall storm debris)
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
Work safely and efficiently following all company and industry standards
Qualifications
- Valid drivers license
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in lawn garden or grounds maintenance preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather condition
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
