Job Description
Quality Staffing Inc. is seeking an experienced Yarn Extrusion Crew Leader for a leading manufacturing company located in Calhoun GA. This is a full-time A Shift position working from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM with a competitive pay rate of $19.00 per hour.

Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the A Shift extrusion team to meet daily production goals
- Monitor machine operation and ensure efficient yarn extrusion processes
- Assist with setup changeovers and troubleshooting of extrusion machinery
- Train new team members and promote a culture of safety and productivity
- Conduct quality checks and ensure all materials meet company standards
- Maintain accurate documentation of shift performance and material usage
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and other shift leaders
- MUST have extrusion experience and yarn experience
Qualifications:
- 2 years of yarn extrusion experience required
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of extrusion equipment and production processes
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work 12-hour shifts in a manufacturing environment
- High attention to detail and quality standards
- Strong communication and organizational skills
