Developing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals in both the middle and long term.
Setting quarterly and annual sales goals and motivating the sales teams to achieve their goals.
Analysis the market and competitor products and activities and providing detailed sales forecasting.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or higher in a business-related field.
Minimum of 15 years experience in a sales management position background in consumer product or packaging manufacturing will be advantages.
In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods negotiation skills as well as employee motivation techniques.
Strong relationship build-up and management.
Strong working knowledge of the companys products competitive products and the market.
Fluent in English
Excellent leadership communication and customer service skills.
Great strategic planning organizational positive and creative thinking skills.
Proactive strongly and interpersonal Skills
