Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design implementation and maintenance of IT infrastructure systems.
- Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure performance ensuring reliability and uptime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical support.
- Help to implement security measures and data protection protocols.
- Support system upgrades installations and maintenance tasks as needed.
- Document infrastructure configurations processes and procedures for future reference.
- Stay updated on current technologies and best practices in infrastructure management.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Knowledge of server and network management including operating systems (Windows/Linux) and hardware.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g. VMware Hyper-V) and cloud services (AWS Azure).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA CCNA) are advantageous.
