Job Description
JOB TITLE: Cashier
JOB DETAILS:
- We are seeking a friendly efficient and customer-focused Cashier to join our cafe team.
- As a Cashier you will be responsible for handling customer transactions managing cash and card payments and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
ADVERTISEMENT
- Handle customer transactions including taking orders and processing payments
- Manage cash and card payments including handling cash operating the point-of-sale system and reconciling cash at the end of each shift
- Provide exceptional customer service including greeting customers answering questions and resolving any issues that may arise
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace including the cash area and surrounding environment
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and efficient operations.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 2 5 years of experience as a Cashier or in a related role.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
Salary
N100000 Monthly.
