JOB TITLE: Assistant Product Manager
JOB LOCATION:Lagos

ADVERTISEMENT
- We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Assistant Product Manager to support our product management team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in engineering and a passion for marketing. This role will provide exposure to both market-facing and office-based responsibilities making it an excellent opportunity for growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Research & Analysis: Spend 50% of your time in the market to gather insights on customer needs industry trends and competitor activities.
- Product Development Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering design and sales to drive product development and ensure alignment with market demands.
- Marketing Strategy: Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
- Product Launch: Help in planning and executing product launches coordinating between teams to ensure successful product introduction.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor product performance and customer feedback to suggest improvements and updates.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide product-related support.
Requirements
Education Qualifications
- Must-Have: Bachelors Degree in Engineering.
- Should Have a postgraduatedegree in Marketing.
Experience:
- Fresh Marketing graduates
- Previous experience in product management or marketing will be an added advantage.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
- Willingness to spend 50% of the time in the market.
- Strong inclination towards fieldwork and market engagement.
Personal Attributes:
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Flexible and open to travel as needed.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and work under pressure.
