JOB TITLE: Human Resource Manager
JOB LOCATION:Wuse 2 Abuja (FCT)
JOB DETAILS:
ADVERTISEMENT
- The HR Manager oversees all HR functions ensuring compliance efficient hiring processes and a positive workplace culture. This role supports the companys goals through recruitment employee relations and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns improve engagement and conduct exit interviews.
- Performance Management: Lead performance reviews and address performance issues.
- Policy Development and Compliance: Ensure HR policies are compliant with labor laws and regulations.
- Training and Development: Organize training programs and support employee growth.
- Compensation and Benefits: Oversee payroll and manage benefits programs.
- HR Data and Reporting: Maintain employee records and prepare HR reports
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in HR Business Administration or related field; HR certification preferred.
- 5 years in HR.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws communication skills and HR software proficient.
Salary
N250000 N300000 monthly.
