Line Manager: Group Head DCP Risk Management
Direct Reports: Risk Analyst
JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for Risk Management activities for a subsidiary of the Group mainly monitoring risk(s) relating to Credit Operational Market and other Risks. Support the identification assessment mitigation and management of risks for the Groups subsidiary in line with Group Risk Management Policies
Major Responsibilities:
- Enterprise Risk Management
- Operational Risk Management
- Market Risk Management
- Credit Risk Management
- Strategic Risk Monitoring
- Reputational Risk Monitoring
- Reporting
Requirements
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- HND/Bachelors Degree in Business Sciences Social Sciences or Engineering.
- Masters degree in a relevant field of study or relevant professional qualification would be an advantage.
- Minimum of 15 years relevant experience in manufacturing or financial services of which 5 years should be in the risk management.
- Good interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication skills.
