Element has an opportunity for an IUT Department Manager who is responsible for a variety of production functions including coaching allocating resources product flow and team engagement.
Salary: $85000- $90000/yr DOE
Lead team by example for safety quality and production
Ensure all team members wear required PPE
Ensure all team members use provided safety equipment at all times
Ensure all quality requirements are met
Direct team members in daily production needs to meet daily production goals
Coach team in most efficient methods of processing in each department
Ensure all daily department metrics are met
To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to complete all areas outlined for this position in a satisfactory manner

Proficient in the use of personal computers including spreadsheets and word-processing. IE: Word Excel Accounting Software Applications etc.
Excellent communication skills
High School diploma or equivalent
Valid drivers license
Demonstrated leadership skills
Must have the ability to use basic mathematical calculations (add subtract multiply divide percentage fractions decimals etc.)
Must be able to communicate effectively in English both written and verbal
Must be a certified inspector in IUT
