Temporary Assistant Officer (Information Centre)
Responsibilities:
Lead the daily operation of the service counter of the Information Centre (including handling public enquiries in person through the hotline email or fax)
Give guided tours to group visitors including VIPs from other central banks and government authorities to introduce the Information Centre in Cantonese English or Putonghua as required
Plan and provide training for student ambassadors of the Information Centre
Assist in the preparation for educational events
Requirements:
University degree
At least one years solid working experience preferably in customer service hospitality or event planning / organisation
Excellent communication interpersonal and organisational skills
Good command of Cantonese English and Putonghua
Outgoing and good at interacting with people
A good team player with outgoing personality
Well versed in Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
Need to take up occasional Saturday duties on a rotational basis
