Job Description:
The Assistant Manager plays a leading role in ensuring the smooth daily operation of the Gateway Center providing exceptional service to clients and channels supporting new business growth. This position requires a dynamic polished communicator who can thrive in a fast-paced client-centric environment with flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Center Manager with operations planning and execution
- Act as the main point of contact for VIP guests channel partners and internal stakeholders
- Oversee service standards and workflow efficiency
- Lead coordination of room bookings events and client meetings
- Introduce and promote use of center facilities
- Resolve escalated client issues with professionalism and urgency
- Bi-weekly Saturday shift is required
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal organizational and leadership skills
- Fluent in Mandarin Cantonese and English
- Proficient in multitasking and working under pressure
- Professional demeanor and service-oriented mindset
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years in hospitality customer experience or business support
- Experience in people or team supervision preferred
