Role Description
- Build tailored Java SE/EE and Spring Boot solutions that keep modern banks running smoothly.
- Write and run thorough unit tests to ensure your code is rock solid and reliable.
- Share your knowledge and offer practical guidance on implementation best practices.
- Own key configuration tasks that ensure our solutions are optimized stable and aligned with client needs.
- Analyze change requests and defects and turn them into opportunities to make the system better and more efficient.
Skills and Expertise
- 4 years of hands-on professional experience in enterprise Java and Spring (Boot Framework Data Security)microservice development.
- Familiar with the following technologies and tools: Git Maven Atlassian OpenAPI Apache Kafka.
- Experience with relational databases (preferably Oracle).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization.
- Experience with technical leadership of 2 or more developers.
- Common data structures and algorithms knowledge.
- Understanding of Design patterns and/or Architectural Blueprints.
- Experience in the digital industry (ideally banking insurance financial services or management consulting).
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to quickly understand business requirements.
- Fluency in English.
Nice to have
- Agile/Scrum experience.
- Frontend skills e.g. Angular or React.
- German language.
