Role Overview:
Youll support the development and execution of marketing campaigns assist with content creation coordinate events and help drive brand awareness across multiple channels. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment has a passion for coffee culture and loves bringing ideas to life.
You will report to the Marketing Director and work closely with the Axil team and other brands within our network.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Co-ordination / Implementation
Coordinate and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across all channels.
Develop and execute integrated campaigns across digital social and in-store platforms.
Working in a multi-disciplinary team and teamwork.
Social Media Management
Manage and schedule content across Instagram TikTok and LinkedIn using scheduling systems.
Monitor social media performance and engagement metrics
Develop social media content strategies aligned with marketing strategy and brand objectives
Stay current with platform trends and best practices
Able to edit
Content Creation & Production
Plan and execute end-to-end content shoots including photoshoots and video production.
Edit images and videos for various marketing channels
Create engaging visual content that aligns with brand guidelines
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for content production
Design / Copy / Visual
Design and create in-store marketing materials (tags posters menus signage digital)
Support packaging design projects
Develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns
Design collateral and promotional materials
Assist with merchandise creation from idea to launch
Liaise with external designers and suppliers
Coordinate new product launches and marketing support
Partnership & Relationship Management
Work collaboratively with external PR agencies
Manage influencer relationships and execute collaboration strategies
Liaise with brands for co-branded projects and partnerships
Event Marketing & Activations
Plan and organise marketing events and brand activations
Set up event spaces and coordinate logistics
Capture content during events for future marketing use
Digital Operations & Maintenance
Update website banners and promotional elements
Upload new products to online store platforms
Maintain e-commerce site functionality and user experience
Monitor website performance and suggest improvements
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
Design Software: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign)
Video Editing: Experience with video editing software (Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro or similar)
Social Media Tools: Familiarity with scheduling platforms (Hootsuite Later Buffer etc.)
E-commerce Platforms: Experience with website management and online store systems
Marketing & Communication Skills
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
Knowledge of the latest trends.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Brand management and visual identity consistency
Campaign development and execution experience
Market research and trend analysis capabilities

Preferred Experience and Qualifications
1-2 years of marketing coordination or similar role experience.
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or equivalent
Fluency in the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint etc.)
Experience in retail hospitality or consumer goods industries (in particular specialty coffee)
Background in both digital and traditional marketing channels
Previous experience managing social media accounts with significant followings
Event planning and activation experience
