Responsibilities
- Overseeing and managing the daily production operations to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality electronic components.
- Developing and implementing production schedules workflows and processes to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
- Monitoring equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning and coordinating maintenance as needed.
- Leading training and motivating the production team to achieve performance targets and maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborating with quality assurance to ensure all products meet industry standards and customer specifications.
- Analyzing production data to identify areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
- Coordinating with procurement inventory and logistics teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations company policies and environmental standards.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in engineering production management or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in production management within the electronics manufacturing industry.
- Good command of English both written and spoken.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in production management software and tools.
- Ability to work 6 days per week.
