Responsibilities:
- Following established procedures and guidelines for services purchased by the organizations customers.
- Responding to routine inquiries from the organizations sales force or customers about the technical aspects of the organizations products and services.
- Responding to water laboratory issues analyzing problems and providing troubleshooting solutions.
- Conducting site surveys product/application/system audits.
- Following system specifications and formalized representations of solutions (e.g. flow charts models) to configure systems that meet customer needs.
- Preparing technical documentation to guide system users and assist with the ongoing operation maintenance and development of the system.
- Developing skills and knowledge of the organizations products and services by working closely with a more experienced engineer or as the junior member of an engineering and sales team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Chemistry Chemical Engineering Petrochemical or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in technical service service engineering or application engineering.
- Good knowledge of contractual service and the ability to analyze customer problems and provide solutions regarding the companys products/applications/solutions.
- Providing on-site field service and/or 24-hour over-the-phone or on-site assistance.
- Excellent organizational interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Good command of English.
- Computer literacy (MS Office).
- Possession of a personal car.
- Holding a valid driving license.
- Location: Rayong and Chonburi area
