Job Description
Position: Draftsman ( BIM )
Location: Woodland Area
Working Days: 5/ 6 Days
Working Hours: 9 am - 6 pm
Full Time SGD 2500 - 4500
Employing company specialisesin the design & installation of ACMV/ HVAC systems for the Pharmaceutical/Chemical/Flavour & Fragrance industries.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Strong in concept design architectural details working drawings and construction practices as per building/ site condition
-Drafting M&E / Technical drawing as per project/client specification
- Prepare detailedACMVsystem specifications withduct sizing &cooling loadcalculations and airflow data etc
-Liaising with clientsandassistingProject Engineers to meet drawing submission deadlines
-Working closely withother teams members monitoring work progressand reviewing designaccuracy
-Ensure final designs comply with regulations quality standards and client specifications
-Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager
Requirement
- Nitec/Diploma/ DegreeinMechanical Engineering or related discipline
-Min. 2 - 3 Year(s) of working experience in the ACMV/HVAC Field orexperience in the building & constructionindustry
-Well-versed in CP83 Local CAD Standard AutoCAD 2D duct and piping layout and schematic drawings
-Knowledge of 3D BIM Modelling Revit MEP MicroStation orNavisworks will be a plus
