The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Workday Human Capital team you are expected to oversee a support ticketing queue with multiple open items lead client status meetings and handle client relationships. As a Senior Associate you are expected to analyze complex problems mentor others and maintain top standards. You are expected to provide functional and/or technical subject matter knowledge direct process redesign efforts and manage the entire project lifecycle to achieve timely project delivery.
Responsibilities

What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree
- 3 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English necessary
What Sets You Apart
- ITIL process knowledge/understanding is strongly preferred
- Workday functional background in Payroll module
- Workday Payroll certification
- Experience in processing end to end payrolls in Workday
- Experience with US and Canada Payrolls
- Experience with Payroll framework Security and Reporting
- Experience with Benefits and Absence/time off
- Experience with Payroll proration
