Job Description
Strategic & Financial Management
- Oversee the full scope of Distribution Center (DC) operations with a focus on strategic planning and cost efficiency.
- Manage and be accountable for the operations teams budget and Profit & Loss (P&L) performance.
- Drive initiatives for operational improvements and propose competitive value-added services to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
- Monitor and ensure achievement of operational KPIs and financial targets.
Operational Excellence
- Lead the planning and execution of warehouse operations ensuring alignment with customer expectations and company objectives.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance process efficiency productivity and service quality.
- Ensure all operational activities are conducted in full compliance with company policies customs regulations and lawful standards.
- Oversee project implementation and execution ensuring timely delivery and profitability.
Regulatory & PLB Compliance
- Ensure full compliance with PLB warehouse regulations including customs procedures for bonded goods export-import documentation and inventory control.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting in accordance with PLB requirements and liaise with relevant authorities as needed.
Stakeholder & Team Management
- Collaborate proactively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Lead motivate and develop the operations team to achieve high performance and continuous growth.
- Promote a culture of safety quality and accountability across all levels of the warehouse team.
