Job Summary
KITE Search are partnering with a leading Hong Kong developer. As a brand they are known for producing some of the most impressive buildings across Asia. Within their portfolio they have hotels residential developments shopping malls offices and industrial buildings. They are currently looking to enhance their commercial team and are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor.
Duties:
- Prepare cost estimates tenders contracts documentations payment and variations assessment and final accounts for project department and building management department
- Chartered member of MHKIS or MRICS
- At least 5 years relevant post-qualification experience with consultancy firms or property developers
- Proficiency in general contract administration and quantity surveying skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
