Job Description

Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Customization Developer to join our Messaging R&D team in this role you will be part of a collaborative group of engineers focused on customizing and enhancing messaging products such as SMS Center and MMS Center. You will work closely with cross-functional R&D teams and deployment engineers to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer requirements. This position offers a dynamic environment where you will engage in requirement analysis project estimation implementation and support of your colleagues activities all within an Agile framework.Key Responsibilities
- Design develop and maintain customizations for messaging products (SMS MMS etc.)
- Collaborate with other developers and R&D teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Analyze customer requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Provide effort estimates and contribute to project planning and prioritization
- Support deployment engineers during installation and troubleshooting of customizations
- Perform basic engineering testing and validation of developed features
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement
- Communicate effectively in Czech and English with internal and external stakeholders
Job Requirements
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Linux-based environments
- Strong scripting skills in Python and Lua
- Experience with C or other compiled languages is a plus
- Basic understanding of network communication protocols and principles
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Language Requirements:
- Fluent in Czech (spoken and written)
- Proficient in English (minimum B2 level)
Other:
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is an advantage
- Previous experience in telecom or messaging systems is a plus
