Were a digital transformation partner for companies in low-tech industries such as water damage HVAC roofing electrical landscaping and property damage. We help modernize and digitize operations data and marketing for clients that typically have siloed outdated technology stacks. Our focus is on operational software and dataintegrating CRM project management field documentation fleet tracking and other specialized tools.

Our Approach

• Conduct a comprehensive audit of existing software systems and data-capture processes to uncover limitations gaps and pain points
  
• Architect and recommend end-to-end software solutions that improve visibility streamline operations and deliver actionable insights
  
• Prescriptively identify AI and automation use cases tailored to each clients business contextnever automating just for automations sake
  
• Oversee integrations and deployments ensuring seamless data flow and integrity across platforms

• Conduct full audits of client technology stacks including data capture methods and system limitations
  
• Identify opportunities for improvement and gaps in existing infrastructure
  

• Scoping requirements and aligning business pain points and needs with tailored technology solutions while overseeing implementation and managing data governance including collection hygiene and reporting for clients.
• Design and recommend comprehensive digital transformation plans based on business context and goals
• Act as a trusted technical advisor providing prescriptive recommendations rather than reactive solutions

• Create detailed implementation plans and oversee delivery leveraging junior team members for basic tasks
  
• Be prepared to execute complex technical implementations personally when required
  

• Lead integrations across multiple software platforms and ensure seamless data flow between systems
  

• Contribute to internal projects during downtime including low-code no-code and AI-driven product development

• Building internal automation and AI processes to streamline service delivery while collaborating closely with the founder and advisors/investors to develop AI automation and data-driven products and services.

• Serve as a lead for team members setting technical direction and mentoring junior staff as the team grows

• Proven experience in solutions architecture able to translate business pain points into actionable technical designs
  
• Strong proficiency with APIs and software integrations including hands-on work with databases and system connectivity
  
• Expertise in scoping business application functionality in alignment with client goals and desired outcomes
  
• Understanding of AI and automation able to identify where they add value rather than using them as buzzwords
  
• Solid database experience and familiarity with cloud environments (Google Cloud experience is a plus)

• A senior-level professional who brings strong technical expertise and leadership in this area
  
• An engineer who can define & code business logic using AI
  
• Experience with Replit Airtable Cursor and web-scraping tools such as PhantomBuster Apify or similar platforms
  
• Proactive strategic and capable of guiding clients toward future-focused solutions
  
• Naturally curious and enthusiastic about learning how different businesses operate
  
• Intentional and prescriptive able to make confident recommendations
