About the role

What you need to know:

The primary purpose of the job is to:

• Lead the preparation of three-year planning ground-up budgeting forecasting and analysis related to management accounting P/L and expenses
• Lead the business partnering function of Finance developing and maintaining tools training and other support structures to enable stakeholders to manage budget forecast and analyze their P/L and expenses
• Constantly evolve the aforementioned processes tools and support structure with the goal of adding more value to the business through optimal processes
• Perform ad-hoc analysis to guide business in making key strategic decisions
• Manage the maintenance and enhancement of budget and FP&A software application.
• Plan manage and evaluate work of staff; make decisions regarding pay performance management development employment and staffing.
• Serve as a member of the Finance Leadership team responsible for guiding the team toward common goals and embedding a culture in line with AIGs Purpose and Values

What were looking for:

• A university bachelors degree or higher
• More than 5 years of relevant experience in Finance preferably in an insurance company.
• Experience managing and mentoring staff
• Business level Thai and English preferred (written/spoken).
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with employees superiors and overseas teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Well-planned organized with keen attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills with prior experience working with BI and consolidation tools and MS Office i.e. Excel Word and Powerpoint
