The Team Youll Work With

Were looking for talented analytical and passionate people to join our fund management team as a Fund Management Investment Analyst Intern based in Singapore.

This role is responsible for supporting the investment team in deal-flow processes this includes deal sourcing evaluation due diligence and deal execution.

Role Overview

As a Fund Management Intern you will support the team in the day-to-day operations of our managed fund structures. You will work closely with internal teams and external service providers to ensure smooth execution of fund activities.

This internship is well-suited for individuals looking to develop a career in fund management fund operations or investor servicing within the private markets space.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the coordination of fund administrative matters with external service providers (fund administrators auditors tax advisors legal counsel).

Assist in the review of fund reports capital call notices distribution notices and investor statements.

Help maintain and update internal fund records trackers and compliance registers.

Assist with the preparation of materials for investor reporting fund audits and regulatory submissions.

Support the onboarding process of investors including reviewing KYC documentation and liaising with counsel; fund administrators; and compliance teams.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the Fund Management team.

Perform market and regulatory research

What We Look For

Penultimate or final year student in Accountancy Finance Business or related fields.

Strong interest in fund operations investor services and private markets.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Good proficiency in Excel and familiarity with fund accounting concepts is a plus.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
