The People Operations (Pops) team attracts extraordinary talent that makes up the Grab our tight-knit Talent Acquisition team you will help shape a future and play an important role in Grabs growth.

Get to Know the Role

You will manage the hiring process and engage with a global talent workforce. You will report to the Talent Acquisition Business Partner onsite at Grabs Singapore One North office. This is a full-time internship from January to May 2026.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will gain experience in the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer management.
• You will assess candidates through structured screening and refine criteria in hiring debriefs.
• You will use recruitment platforms and AI tools to enhance candidate engagement.
• You will contribute to projects optimising recruitment workflows.

Qualifications :

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Undergraduate degree in HR Psychology Business Arts & Social Science or related fields.
• Experience in team collaboration and contributing to group goals.
• Identify tasks and opportunities for contribution without waiting for assignments manage process flows and tasks to meet timelines.
• An eye for accuracy to details show ease in speaking with candidates and building relationships.
• Familiarity with AI tools and platforms.
• Experience in recruiting from sourcing candidates to the interview and hiring process will be an advantage.
