We are headquartered in Adelaide Australia and have clients and offices across Asia Pacific & EMEA locations. Currently we arelookingforpartners/engineersforonsite support services in and around Canterbury and Auckland regions in NZ to assist our clients on a fulltime and dispatch basis
Key Responsibilities:
Perform break-fix support for desktops laptops (Windows/macOS) iMacs and POS devices.
Diagnose and replace faulty hardware components: HDD RAM motherboard screen keyboard fan power supply etc.
Provide support for software installations OS configuration and minor troubleshooting.
Install configure and troubleshoot POS terminals receipt printers barcode scanners and card readers.
Reimage systems using deployment tools or bootable media.
Log all activities time and part usage in the ticketing system.
Coordinate with L2/L3 teams for escalations or specialized tasks.
Travel to client sites for onsite support within the assigned region.
Ensure SLA compliance and customer satisfaction for each ticket.
Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools.
