Duties and Responsibilities | Planning Support for Microfinance Business Lead team in providing internal business team with relevant information/analysis on portfolio and segmentation to enable development of AOP for Microfinance business Address questions users may have with data/analysis provide various cuts/segments for deep analysis.
Guide team to understand Microfinance business context and on-ground requirements/challenges faced by business teams Lead the team to create outcome-based segments within the Microfinance team and personally re-assess the homogeneity metrics/dimensions to draw any inferences/implement changes as required Build internal capability with business teams to enable appropriate usage in the field/production environment Scan external environment/industry to keep abreast with emerging technologies and methods Guide the team during exploratory data analysis and data preparation and visualization Guide team during development stage and conduct validation of models to determine any course-corrections Create use-cases for various business teams guide team to prepare relevant data and present the use-cases to business teams for feedback and guide effective usage of segmentation data.
and Portfolio Management Collaborate with Microfinance / Risk team(s) around campaigns/ offers to be driven to ensure acquisition and retention of desired customers across business segments and increase usage Contribute to campaign design done by Microfinance & BI team by providing data around customer segments to be targeted Track and manage key portfolio metrics on business risk and geo side with the relevant teams and take effective actions Guide team to track movement on various metrics of the portfolio (e.g. number of customers transacting where are transactions happening) and develop dashboards to be shared with business teams Design experimentation methodology and its levers along within the team to test learn adapt through various testing mechanisms on the portfolio |

Required Qualifications and Experience | a)Qualifications Graduate / Post Graduate (MBA) a)Work Experience Minimum 8-10 years of relevant work experience Driven large projects and deep understanding of portfolio management principles Strong analytical statistical mindset and technology orientation hands on experience on MS Tools SQL Power BI and relevant Analytical tools. Very strong stakeholder management skills |
