Job Description:
- Full Flight Simulators (A320 & A330 & 350)
- Airbus pilot training devices
- Classroom training
- Ensuring airline crews capability to carry out safely and correctly all normal and emergency procedures required by Airworthiness authorities and Airbus so that the crew will achieve the required level of standard proficiency.
- Delivering training while adhering to Airbus standard policy and standardization as requiredby Airbus Flight Training Operations.
- Instructing trainees on training devices
- Providing an evaluationof the crews progression
- Producing a written report and grading of the trainees performance at the end of each session.
- Determiningthe necessity to provide extratrainingin order to achieve the desired level of proficiency.
- Participating in the improvement and development of training documentation.
- Hold or have held an EASA ATPL have a valid EASA SFI or TRI Authorization from the same Authority as the ATPL
- 1500 hours on A320 or A330 or A350 including 100 as PIC on any airbus FBW airplane
- Substantial Simulator Instructor experience as an SFI/TRI on A320 or A330orA350
- Be able to teach brief and debrief in fluent English
