The IMPRESS (Integrated Measurement for Performance Review and Enhanced Settlement Services) Program Manager will lead the implementation of a ground-breaking national initiative aimed at enhancing the evaluation capacity of settlement organizations (SPOs) across Canada. By developing innovative tools training programs and a digital platform the Manager will enable SPOs to collect meaningful data assess program impact and improve service delivery. The Manager will work closely with advisory committees technical experts and community partners to ensure the programs success ultimately driving sustainable improvements in the settlement sector. The Manager will also ensure that all program operations adhere to privacy and cybersecurity regulations safeguarding sensitive participant data and maintaining robust digital security standards. The Manager is responsible for the overall management and leadership and on-site/remote operation of the program in order to achieve all program goals.
