Job Description
What youll do
Your Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor developers promoting best practices collaboration and professional growth.
- Design and implement enterprise-level features using Java and Spring Boot.
- Develop high-performance maintainable Java code that meets technical and business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Scrum teams to create impactful software solutions.
- Configure and optimize continuous integration pipelines using Jenkins.
- Contribute to key architectural decisions and technical designs.
- Ensure application performance scalability and reliability in a cloud-based environment.

- 5 years of professional Java development experience particularly with Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities including mentoring guiding teams and promoting a collaborative team culture.
- Strong knowledge of software design patterns and best practices.
- Advanced experience with Jenkins for continuous integration.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies (e.g. Docker Kubernetes Google Cloud) is a strong plus.
- Experience in Agile software development environments.
- A proactive team-oriented mindset and a passion for working in an international growing company.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- You are based in Graz.

Whilst this position has a minimum salary of EUR 4.350 gross per month we offer a competitive salary depending on your qualifications and experience.
