Job Description
Your responsibilities
- Design modern and efficient software solutions in a cloud environment
- Develop and own concepts select technology stacks and define deployment strategies within an agile project team
- Contribute to the design of application infrastructure on AWS throughout the entire project lifecycle
- Conceptualize and implement complex software architectures
- Optimize our customers IT infrastructure using tools such as Terraform
- Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions/Workflows
- Define secure software interfaces in collaboration with the development team
- Participate in and take responsibility for code reviews
- Achieve project goals optimize existing processes and create meaningful data visualizations
- Engage in active customer communication and closely coordinate and collaborate with interface partners
Your profile
- Successfully completed degree in computer science or a related field
- In-depth knowledge and extensive professional experience in backend development using Java in combination with Spring Boot
- Preferably have knowledge in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) particularly with Terraform
- Experience with GitHub Actions/Workflows for implementing automated CI/CD pipelines
- Strong knowledge of Maven including multi-module projects
- Familiarity with AWS or comparable public cloud platforms
- Experience in software design release and deployment processes as well as testing
- Conscientious working style good organizational skills and a strong ability for goal-oriented communication
- Business-fluent in English
