What Youll Do:
Collect receivables in assigned area or region
Maintain SAP accounts and update customer master data
Review and release blocked sales documents
Communicate regularly with customers banks trade references and internal teams
Download and review credit reports for new and existing customers
Maintain organized credit files (electronic & paper)
Assist with sales tax audits and credit limit reviews (with some authority under $5000)
Represent the credit department in a positive solution-focused manner
What You Bring:
Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
26 years of credit accounts receivable or customer service experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Clear positive and professional written and verbal communication skills
MS Word Excel Outlook proficiency (SAP preferred)
Reliability and eagerness to learn and grow
