Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage production operations within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Oversee the day-to-day production activities ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Manage a team of production staff and ensure efficient and timely production processes.
- Develop and implement production strategies to meet production targets and business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production operations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the production team.
- Handle production planning scheduling and resource allocation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in pharmaceutical production.
Requirements
- Degree in Pharmacy Chemistry Chemical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production operations within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical production processes and equipment.
- Experience in managing a team of production staff.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of cGMP and regulatory requirements.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
