Overview

Our client is a well-establish commercial company and they areseeking an experienced IT Manager with a focus on HR Information Systems (HRIS) to join their team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee HRIS projects including system enhancements upgrades and integrations with a focus on SuccessFactors and other relevant platforms like BIPO
  • Collaborate with HR team and manage vendors to optimize recruitment onboarding and succession planning processes through the use of HR technology
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using PowerBI and other data analytics tools
  • Manage and administer document management systems such as SharePoint to ensure efficient and accessible data storage and retrieval
  • Provide expertise in data validation and accuracy ensuring HRIS data remains compliant and secure
  • Automate workflow processes and streamline HRIS functionality to improve operational efficiency and user experience
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for HRIS procedures ensuring knowledge transfer and support for end users

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology HR Management or related field
  • 10 years of work experience in IT system management with 2 years in a leadership role
  • Proven experience in HRIS management with a deep understanding of SuccessFactorsand related systems
  • Experience in automating workflow processes and driving system improvements in HR technology
  • Familiar with SQL PowerBI or PowerQuery
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and promote diversity equity and inclusion within HR processes
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Good command in both written and spoken in English and Chinese (Cantonese)
