Wayfair Global Selling at Wayfair is a nimble fast-paced ambitious team and drives real-time material impact on the business. You must have an interest in innovating to solve business problems creatively and a willingness to hit the ground running.
For this role we are seeking a problem-solving entrepreneurial individual to manage the supplier acquisition and business partnership development for our Asia-based Supplier this role youll work with external partners our suppliers and internal cross-functional teams to set up and onboard suppliers onto Wayfair. You will nimbly navigate conversations with new vendors by leveraging data dashboards category-specific knowledge and Wayfair value props. You will own a large pipeline of potential suppliers and your goal is to source and convert new leads into motivated addition to your acquisition work a portion of your time will be spent working on strategic projects focused on driving more results more efficiently.
Our environment is fast-paced and requires someone who is hungry flexible detail-oriented analytical and possesses strong communication skills. Youll strengthen your pitch and negotiation skills through direct conversations with suppliers and by attending trade shows and offline events in main e-commerce hubspots in China !
