Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare / assist in contract proposals for Annual Maintenance Contracts or contract renewals
- Monitor Contract Sales Workflow
- Align progress with the Service Coordinator.
- Generate quarterly reports for the Manager of Service Coordination.
- Maintain CRM records and provide contractual overviews/overdoes reporting.
- Track contract performance indicators to evaluate adherence to contract requirements.
- Participate in monthly alignment meetings with the Department Manager and Service Coordinator.
- Contract Administration
- Ensure proper contract documentation and administrative processes to support effective contract registration/execution.
- Process purchase orders and generate order acceptance forms.
- Populate SAP with appropriate work breakdown structure elements.
- Standardization & Process Improvement
- Improve and standardize contract sales workflow procedures.
- Work closely with service sales coordination operations finance legal and QHSE teams.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong knowledge of administrative processes and an understanding of related business functions.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with internal stakeholders.
- Knowledge of SAP
- Knowledge of Windows office packages
- Fluently English in writing and verbally.
- Proactive and critical positive attitude in general
